Are all 4TB backup 3.0 will work with desktop with 2.0? null

Hallo Jay, All Seagate Backup Plus USB 3.0 Drives are backwards compatible with USB 2.0 port devices, but you won’t get the speeds of USB 3.0 Regards, Zac Seagate Support

If you are referring to USB ports… no. 3.0 cable comes with device and you will need to have a 3.0 USB port on your computer. You can either get an adapter or see if another cord can be used with this device but 2.0 USB ports don’t work with 3.0 cables. 3.0 ports are backwards compatible and older devices with 2.1 or older can be used.
