Maybe if you buy a pedal kit for it from a third party company online. Search pedal kits for a Surron. It's the same as this eBike. You'll have to check your local laws for your self though. I bought fake pedals for mine to get around my local laws. Mine just says it needs pedals and can only go 20mph (which you can set to eco mode at 20mph)
