Their warranty is useless. They do not honor anything. Even simple customer service is nonexistent. They have people outsourced in other countries that never follow through with promises of help.

There, you can find all of the details needed to answer your question. As for the basket, my apologies, I do not have any information around this. The C80 does not include a basket.
