Does the dashboard display MPH or KMH? null

By default, is Kph but you CAN change to Mph in the app, I have changed it from day 1

It does NOT display MPH on the display. When you change it in the app, it will show mph IN THE APP. The display always only shows KPH.

Yes Ron you are correct!, This can be done through the mobile APP!

Out of box Kph. App can modify it to mph
