You have 25.5" between the front two wheels, 17 " between the rear. The overall width is more like 32 ish. I am not sure what section a 23.6 " measurement is suppose to cover, maybe height.

The motor (=S-Max) is 22 3/4 inches wide, so that is your rear width, the GoKart widens at the seat and widens further at the front wheels. The front airdam is the widest spot at 33.5 inches. I estimate the width at the front tires to be 32.5 inches.
