Q: QuestionWhy is Best Buy in the practice of selling scooters that are not street legal in 50 states? Anything over 750 watts (1HP) requires insurance and registration yet you are openly selling vehicles to people that they can not legally use anywhere is public.

• A:Answer There are literally dozens of areas this scooter can be enjoyed out of the jurisdiction of local police (i.e., private property venues, parks, some skateparks, bike paths, etc). My city allows electric scooters on all paved bike paths, and we have over 150 miles of those.
