“It says the scooter is rated for a max load weight of 220.5 lbs. If I weigh 230-240 lbs., will that impact the scooter’s function and performance that much? Or, will there be a considerable drain on the mileage range or maximum speed of the scooter?”

The scooter works great, I’m weight around 230 and works great, the only difference obously that impact a little bit on the battery that you have to recharged more than one person than they weight less than that, my wife weight like 150 and we love the scooter!!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I haven't really tested it yet, but I don't think it will drastically affect the scooter's speed based on my experiences. I should advise you though, that the scooter's mileage is less than half of what it's advertised, and I'm only 180lbs.
