• Yes, but it is tight. You will need to install the seat as far back as possible. If you are relatively small it isn't a problem. The seat is not easily removable.

• Hi JustCurious - great question. The seat on the D40X is an optional accessory that is included in the box. You can either ride the D40x by standing up or by sitting down if you have attached the seat accessory. As far as standing while the seat accessory is attached... that is not something that we recommend. If you would like to stand, then we recommend removing the optional seat accessory. We hope you enjoy the D40X! It's such a great product and great value at Best Buy.
