This scooter is perfect for me because I use it as my mobility scooter to get around town and I use it a lot to go shopping for groceries and thrift store shopping and my D-40 X Segway Scooter has a seat and I mounted a basket behind the seat to carry things like drinking water and extra stuff and I have almost 900 miles on it right now and I have never had any problems with it and I like it because it will go really fast and I finally installed a solid rubber tire on the front so I don't have any flat tires I rode over 780 miles on it before I even had a flat tire since it was new it is very reliable and I like to use the cruise control in the summer to just cruise slow and enjoy the summer weather but sometimes I like to cruise faster if it's cold outside so I can get back home sooner but I would recommend this scooter to other seniors who are able to ride somewhere and cannot get an electric wheelchair I am almost 70 years old and riding my scooter makes me feel young again I love this scooter

Overall quality is great and anyone who is buying there first scooter would love this. Easy to use and definitely will last. It’s even got a seat and a bell and the set up was so easy.

After renting scooters in town, I decided to buy my own. I wanted the big tires because they are more stable. The board is wide enough and easy to stand on. The stem latch is a bit difficult to release at first, but it will get easier after more use. Folded, the scooter is easy to lift and put in the trunk. I tried riding it with the seat, which is quite comfortable. Once the seat is attached you really can’t stand up to scoot. I prefer standing so the seat is going to stay in the garage. The app has to be downloaded and you have to watch the safety video in order to unlock all the features and speeds. I’ve read about the walk mode, but I’ve never been able to figure it out myself. It mentions that it is available on the app while using the scooter. I’m not going to have my phone attached to the scooter and I can’t ride with one hand so I’m pretty sure I’ll never figure out Walk Mode. Keep an eye out for sale prices. I’ve watched the price bounce around before Black Friday. I bought it around $650 but was able to get the Price Guarantee match at $500 when the sale hit. The battery life is pretty good. Like all batteries, the cold reduces your mileage. I’m looking forward to warmer temperatures! The tire stems are awkward to get to, so don’t lose the included adapter. Keep your tires filled and wear your protective gear!

It’s definetly just the F40 with a seat, but its a nice seat. I only get ~12-15 miles of range which was disapointing as I’m the recommended 150 lbs but it does go the advertised 18 mph. Up hill it does pretty well, but can’t handle however steep the road up to my house is which is also disapointing. The seat doesn’t fold at all which makes it way less convenient, more like a small bike in size than a kickscooter. I also have a lot of trouble unlatching the handlebars to fold so I usually don’t bother, because the seat is almost as tall as the handlebars anyways. This is a lot of complaints but this is also the first electric vehicle I’ve owned and I love it. It’s already my go to even tho its getting a bit too cold. Holds groceries well and I feel stable enough to trust I won’t fall. I do wish I’d bought the Max, but I would have had to buy the seat seperately and the ~$400 difference is worth it to me. I’ll take the seat with me if I ever upgrade

This scooter is indestructible!!! It does go pretty fast and the brakes work really well so be careful downhill. Do NOT drive on wet pavement, it’s dangerously slippery! The seat is good for resting your legs but sits really low. If you plan on using bike lanes consider standing so traffic can see you. In drive mode without any huge hills it probably gets 15-18 miles before it runs out of battery. Eco mode could probably get the 25 miles but it will feel incredibly slow. Avoid steep uphills if you want the battery to last anywhere near the suggested mileage. It takes about 3 hours to charge from one bar. All in all this is an excellent way to get around traffic fast if you live in the city or a close suburb and don’t have a lot to carry. I highly recommend this is a quality scooter, it’s also very affordable at around $570!!!

We have a few electric scooters in my household with three teenagers. But this one is the best. Range and speed are right at the sweet spot. I was not sure about the chair but it actually works great. The lights in front and back are a great feature as night is falling earlier now. Cant go wrong on Segway drivetrain and technology. The app is also great. To unlock all features the kids at to at least watch the safety briefing.

So smooth and solid! Not only is it very very well made it’s got some style to it. Runs perfectly and smoothly. Awesome LED display and app connectivity to adjust settings on the scooter. On top of it running and looking great, I actually hit 31mph on it! Went way beyond my expectations and it’s only stating it goes 18-19mph. What a plus!

My wife and I ride this model of scooter with our child and it is always a good experience. One highlight is the unti came with an attachable seat. Once we put them on, we haven't went back! Sitting down on the seat while going on a long rides is a huge benefit. The digital display is a nice addition. It shows the speed as well as battery life. The LED lights are plenty bright enough for nighttime rides. Overall, I recommend for anyone that is an adult rider.

This Segway has been a great experience, I have been able to go out and share more with my daughters this summer in the electric ones, its battery is long-lasting and its finishes are premium

It's a great scooter overall, good speed comfortable seat, somewhat smooth ride. The charge time compared to ride time ain't that great but other than that great scooter

This is scooter is awesome and fast, my son loves it, although it had some bad reviews, but I realized its from customers who don't read the manual, complained about the speed not being fast and only 10 mile x hour . You have to download the app!! and this thing will fly my son went 20 m per hour got so excited that he fell and got a bad knee scraped but, he had a helmet, lesson learned he'll wear knee pads next time,

Im 6”4 250 Lbs this scooter is very fast and goes the distance i ride thru the whole Manhattan NP all the time.. Great scooter!!!!

Great for the price ! It hold charge for a long time and drives really fast great for a college student or adult

I love this scooter 18mph quite fast. Perfect overall but it’s too heavy to carry. I wish they can make light weight version.

Having purchased other electric scooters, I am more than pleased with this purchase, I truly can’t say anything negative about it.

I was looking for a scooter to commute to work and this thing is awesome! I'm a big guy (260 lbs.) and I'm amazed at the acceleration and battery power this scooter provides. It even works well going uphill which surprised me. Definitely recommend this for an everyday commuter or just for fun!
