“I am 230 lbs and only get 10 miles per charge going full speed everywhere on mostly flat ground. Is the battery defective or does this usage equal up for most people. The scooter isn't getting the full 24 miles per charge.”

You might just be heavy set and the scooter can’t take it no offense I’m around 150 and even going to a small hill puts a lot of stress on the scooter. It’s still a great scooter though
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You need to download the app Segway ninebot and connect scooter to phone via Bluetooth. Once you fully charge it turn it on and press on button twice and it will move to ECO, D, and S. Leave it on S and it will go 30MPH. Hope that helps.
