QuestionDoes this come with the detachable external battery/the secondary battery? It's says that the package comes with the scooter, and the charger, but then in the product description next to External Battery it says "Yes."

- Answer Hey there Elliott, good question!, ES2 is capable of an external battery upgrade but is not included in the packaging. It can be bought separately to be attached in an ES2.

- Answer You will need to charge the scooter, if you provide more details it would be more helpful. Just plug in and charge, or read the error code to know more what is specifically occuring. You could always try a power cycle too, drain battery, charge fully then turn on.

QuestionWhat kind of tires are these? Are these Air Filled Tires?

- Answer No. These are pneumatic tires. You do not need to fill air. It is little bit harder than air filled tire ( you will fill road surface bit more than air filled tire), but ES2 has two suspension which gives great comfort that you barely feel surface.

- Answer Someone said yes but I would double check that answer. The battery in the scooter might be restricted. They’re too big to fold in luggage and I can’t imagine them letting you keep them out.

- Answer This is not the same model of the scooter, but is similar. BIRD previously sourced scooters from Segway Ninebot, featureing a non-foldable version.
