I had mine delivered and had to assemble it. It was super easy to assemble. If I remember correctly there were only two fasteners. They provide an Allen wrench needed to tighten the fasteners. I would suspect that if you purchase in store the Geek Squad could probably assemble for you. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't believe Best Buy assembles anything. However, it's easy to assemble. All you do is screw the knee bar onto the hoverboard. They provide screws and a mini tool. Super easy! Love my Segway!!!
