Try resetting the bulbs by flipping the on/off switch 10 times to reset the bulbs into pairing mode(they will flash to let you know they are in pairing mode), and start the install process again, make sure your phone and the bridge is connected to the same WiFi.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.All 4 of mine connected no problem. Are all the light bulbs near the hub? If so try re booting everything including the hub if that doesn’t work then delete and restore the app on your phone. Good luck
