I believe you are able to download the manufacturers app to allow you to control the bulb if you don’t have an Alexa dot or similar device to control it by voice.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you don't have any kind of hub like an echo dot or show or something then you can use it with an app you put on your phone. I don't know if it has the app name on the box or not but you will find a little instruction sheet inside the box with the light bulb and it is on that.
