“Does the light turn on when the power to the house returns after an outage or does it go back to it's last state (where it was when the power went out)?”

We had a short power outage and when it was restored the lights turned right back on (it did take a minute for the Wi-Fi to boot back up and for the lights to re-establish the connection to the echo unit and the Wi-Fi…but it all happened automatically and the lights where on during that minute…it just was not able to change colors or activate via voice command during that minute….however we could till manually turn them on and off). The lights returned to the standard white that it first boots up with….we haven’t tried the power outage reboot with the lights in a different color so that part I’m unsure of.
