Yes. I purchased the set of two for that reason. However, only one bulb worked and the other was defective in some way.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello grandma, i have 3 and I can turn on and off manually. I think you run into a problem if the light is on a dimmer switch.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can control them from the switch. If you leave the switch off you just cannot control them remotely until you turn it back on.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I sometimes forget to tell Alexa to turn off the lights and use the wall switch, so far they work as regular bulbs.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, they can work as a regular bulb with a light switch. The blinking several times and then turning off is telling you that they are in pairing mode for you to connect them to a hub. This should only happen to begin with or if you reset them. To reset them, you power cycle them (flip the switch on and off or screw them in and out) several times quickly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use mine with Alexa. I keep the power switch on all the time and only turn them on and off with Alexa. I took me about 2-3 weeks to get into that habit and would occasionally use the wall switch, but I never experienced blinking lights and then turning off. The only time I experienced blinking lights is when I paired Alexa to the Sengled hub.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, this light bulb requires a hub to function.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have one of mine hooked up to a lamp that's connected to a wall switch but I don't turn it off and on I just do it by voice through Google Assistant but yes you can also do it through Alexa.
