Check you have unpluged the charge cable as Bluetooth is off when charging. Also I find that the power button needs to be pressed for 5+ seconds to activate

We share these, so when I turned them on at the gym, they paired immediately but then lost connection. This happened about ten times and I realized I was close to her...so she went to her settings and "forgot" the headphones from her recents list so they wouldn't auto connect. I "forgot" the headphones as well from the list on my Bluetooth settings and restarted the headphones. Problem was fixed after that. Try forgetting the headphones from all the devices you've paired them with before and restart them after. Hopefully that fixes your problem!
