Will I need an amp with these headphones? null

This headphone has an 120ohm impedance level. Although you can certainly run off a nice smart phone, it's recommended to get a amp for optimal performance.

Probably yes since (is simple words) the more ohms, the more power you need to amplify or boost the signal on these headphones

No, you will not need an amp. I just received mine and did a quick test directly plugging them into the PlayStation Vita and also the PS4 controller. Setting both devices to about 75-80% output provided plenty of power to the headphones for normal listening levels. I'm sure these will sound even better plugged into one of my amps or Dragonfly DAC.
