Sorry I answered this before thinking you were asking about the Sony WM-1004. I have both these are very secure but Ai have not seen any aftermarket over the ear hooks

Please try again later.I don't know of any over the ear hooks but the are snug in my ears and I have run into the same problem with many other earbuds. they come with foam rubber tips which you squeeze then insert. The swell to make a very secure fit. If you don't like the foam rubber you can buy silicone tips on amazon for about 8 or 9 bucks
