If it goes on sale yeah but at full price I would not upgrade. I went from the Bose QC35 (the first ones) about 5-6 years old, and to be honest the sound is better but every now and then I find myself contemplating if i should have bought them.

The Momentum 3 are considered some of the best in the market, just for the design alone you should go for the Momentum 4, this is the Momentum headphone in its final form.

To be honest the only thing that was improved was the battery life and noise cancellation . The build quality and sound quality(bass) took a step back.
