Can someone wear these and someone else hear tv null

It depends on your TV. Both my Samsung Q90 and TCL 55 inch televisions support sound through bluetooth and speakers simultaneously. This can be switched on in the settings menus. I have another TV that doesn't support BlueTooth at all so these headphones would only work wired, but even that old TV (Panasonic Plasma) has a setting to switch the speakers on or off.
