“I don't have any speakers except the tv ones, I have digital audio out. My manual options are tv speakers or digital audio out, do I have to choose the audio out for headphones to work, and will I looses tv sound?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The headphone's cable connects to the Optical Digital Audio Out connector on the TV. If that is what your TV has, then there should be options in Sound Settings under your TV's Menu. When you want the sound to be heard in the room and not through the headphones, you pick the option "TV Sound" or something like that. When you want the sound to come through the headphones, you choose the option for Optical Audio, or something similar. I don't think you can have sound from the TV speakers and the headphones at the same time. I hope this helps.
