“I know these are adjustable, but will they work well for someone with a small head? Not a child, a woman with a smaller than average head whose last couple pairs of headphones couldn't be adjusted enough for a good fit. And are they lightweight?”

I am small female. I’d say small head. They are light weight. No problem for me. They adjust small enough.
