A: From another user but worked for me too: I have a Samsung smart TV and had the same problem but with this solution headphones work perfectly. First when regular TV was on I went to the menu and changed the sound to PCM. Then it was necessary to start Netflix and again to use the menu to go to sound settings and change once again to PCM. Merely changing the sound in TV mode was not sufficient. Now headphones work perfectly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.go to audio settings on your streaming device, and look for DTS i think. try dolby, turn dolby off, try those settings. it may be broadcasting a 5.1 or 7.1 signal and the headphones dont like it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same thing happened to me, I had the digital audio pluged in and was watching a show, switched to Netflix, and no audio . I started playing around with the wires and pluged the 3.5mm analog jack into the tv ONLY and i had sound again. Dont know why, but it worked. Good luck.
