“My headset the TR 120 II is not working. The recharge light comes on but not the power on light. The batteries do not charge. I tried regular batteries and nothing happens. All we get is lots of static. Help please....”

If all cords are connected correctly and securely, and the green power light doesn't turn on, then return it for an exchange. It is defective. Do not use regular batteries that's not rechargeable. They may explode or leak while recharging.
