• Hey there, and thanks for this question! Depending on the level of work required to set up your computer, and the work that needs to be done by the in-store Agents, it can take a couple of days to be completed. We suggest speaking with your store to find out a more exact time for their location.

• It took Geek Squad around 3 days to set up my new computer. I bought it on a Sunday. I could not pick it up until Wednesday.
