No, there is not a microphone on the devices for voice control.

No. Actually I would not recommend it. I returned mine because it is so small that the buttons were difficult use. I can imagine what it would be like for someone elderly.

Thanks for asking this question. Smart Remote does not have voice feature yet but it is voice enabled so we hope to be able to offer voice control in the future.
