Mine came with a (single) digital code that included the season pass and extra outfits/weapons. Once you redeem the code and install the pack, you will get notifications for each item included when you start the game.

Please try again later.As the content contained in the Season Pass will not be released with the game, the season pass will certainly be a code that entitles you to download the additional DLC as it "comes down the pipe" in increments in the months following the game's release. This is the way of all modern games in this generation--the content is simply too large to fit on the disc alongside the game. Occasionally, "Complete" editions--those versions of games that come out much later after release--will have all of the content bundled on one or multiple discs, of course that also depends on how large the game contents are, as well.
