Yes, you can use the Shark Robot Vacuum without Wi-Fi or the Shark Clean App, you can use the display on the unit itself to control it.

But i spend all day pushing start button and it plays a song or says 'lets get cleaning.' But does nothing. So.etimes it starts cleaning. Then it shuts off and i spend another half hour trying to start it up again. So frustrating
