Q: QuestionAlex picked up something that did not go to the trash bin. It's inside it somewhere and rattles when it is operational. How do we get whatever it is out? Do you have a manual in PDF form that can be downloaded?

• A:Answer It should be hidden inside the brush roller compartment. Just Place your robot upsidedown, the roller should have a removable holder so remove it, then remove the roller and it should be there. Then just place everything back where it goes.
