How good is this with smoke from a wildfire? null

I am very pleased with it. It took several hours to clean out the smoke and particulate but then it pretty well keeps it clean as long as you keep doors and windows closed

Purchased this due to the Caldor fire. Works really well! Used it in our daughter’s apartment then in our house when evacuation order was downgraded. Air quality outside in the mornings is 400-700 lately. That seeps in during the night. The unit cleans it up after a while and keeps it cleaner (percentage indicator is handy because we got down to 50 percent in the morning). We also learned that it was the bathroom exhaust fans during showers pulling in the smoke from outside, and the unit’s percentage showed that leaving those fans off this morning made a huge difference!

I got it specifically for that, was having trouble breathing with all the fires . It does a really good job of picking up on the smoke and cleaning it out . It says that it can cover 1000 square feet, I’m sure it can but it will take a while . It tells you the ETA .

i am sorry i cannot answer this question about the air purifier. i am only dealing with a smoker in the next apartment. thank you. it does help. but i don't know about smoke from wildfires.
