“I purchased two Shark Air Purifiers 4 and turned them on and right out of the box both showed 100% air quality? Why? Also how can I set it to clean the air?”

I bought 2 aswell for a 1000sqft single floor home and they've ran non stop for about a month now. The only time ours change the % is if we are cooking or the door is open. I try to tell myself that it is actually doing something but honestly not a huge difference for the price tag.
