“Our unit started to drop in percentage quickly, down to 68%, then go back up to 100%. It does this all day and night in a matter of maybe 3 or 4 minutes. We changed the filter, but still continues. WHATS UP?”

Ours will do this when cooking, ironing, allowing outdoor air through the door, using hairspray or starch, even strong perfumes. Just doing its job, I would guess. Doesn’t usually do this, for us, unless something is changing the air quality. Be certain that you’re cleaning the machine as well as changing the filter when needed.
