Q: QuestionDoes it have to be cleaned after every day use? If yes what is the best way to clean it ?

• A:Answer Manual instructs to wash and dry face before use. So I have conveniently worked into my morning schedule. Once face is clean and after your 8 min treatment which by the way the mask sits in front of your face about 1 inch, the only part that actually touches is the cooling part which sits on your cheekbones. When treatment is complete you wipe down with a damp cloth.

Q: QuestionWhat are the interior dimensions, particularly across the cheekbones…so, from the side of the face at the cheekbone to the other side of the face. I have wide cheekbones and am concerned it won’t fit comfortably since it’s rigid. Thanks for your help!

• A:Answer Our goal was to design a mask that fits all face shapes, which is why we included clip-on chill pads as an accessory in the box. If the built-in pads don't fit properly, attach the clip-ons for a better fit. The under-eye cooling feature works well with or without the clip-on pads.
