• You can order additional replacement pads when needed. However, the mop comes with 2 pads and they may be washed and reused many, many times before you might need a replacement.

• There is an extra pad included. Pads are way better than the simple white fluffy ones in older models. You can buy replacements online if you need them.

• I had a similar question. It does indeed come with two pads but they manual states they are good for 20 uses. It is a little vague on what it means. It could be 20 uses, 20 washes or it could just be a typo. They seem very durable similar to a towel or carpet and seem like they would last long beyond 20 washes if you ask me.
