My ion flex battery will not charge after sitting on the dock for and hour .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. From the manual: • Top and bottom LED lights are flashing: Battery temperature is not optimal, so charging is temporarily paused. Leave battery plugged in and charging will resume soon.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Over heating. After about an hour it will start charging. That turns the 3.5 hour charge time to 4.5 hours
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My vacuum has been displaying the same led indications since I bought it and I cannot get it to charge. I was skeptical to buy a stick vacuum to begin with this only reinforces my doubts. I'm dropping this piece of trash on the customer service counter tomorrow and getting my money back, what a joke.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just got off the phone with customer service. The 2nd and 3rd lights from the left, both blinking, you are not using the Shark charger. Sure enough, I was using the charger for my old cordless vacuum. Found the Shark charger and taaaadaaaa... it's charging now!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have the wrong charging cord. Find the cord that came with the vacuum and youre good.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.i believe this means the battery itself is over heated, i left mine in the charger and next day it was fully charged.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First time ever 2 blinking lights. Hoping its just hot. Love my shark cordless...have it 3+ years. I have a golden retriever, 2 other dogs and 2 cats...this thing is great for picking up hair. I rarely use my dyson, this is so much lighter. I do have to clean the bottom "neck" clogs with hair occasionally..but its just 3 screws...ho problem.
