• We have owned our Shark for over a month now and have found no scratches on our hardwood floors. Very impressed with this model. We owned an iRobot 960 that I spent more time trying to fix/clean it than it ran! Just be sure that you clean ALL filters monthly like it says to do that way the machine can continue to vacuum as expected.
