• Hello Interested, We are happy to assist you with your inquiry about the Shark Navigator® Lift-Away® Bagless Upright Vacuum. The power switch is located on the top of the main body of the vacuum, on the left of the wand, when standing behind the vacuum. The power switch has three settings. They are "O" Off, "I" Bare Floor, and "II" Carpet. We hope this information helps. The Customer Support Team
