Is this vacuum supposed to blow out air ? null

We would like to let you know that it is normal to feel air blowing out of the Exhaust filter area.

It sucks air in through the hose and or the roll brush area and exhausts the air through the filter. In other words it sucks air in and the air goes through the system and exits. It’s gotta go somewhere.
