When you enter the room, your NeverChange air purifier may detect particles you bring in, such as dust from clothing or skin particles, which can temporarily lower the air‑quality reading. This is completely normal and indicates that the purifier’s sensors are functioning correctly. The air quality should improve as the purifier continues filtering. If it does not, please contact our Shark Support team at 1‑855‑427‑5127, available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET for further assistance.
