What is the cost for a replacement filter and how often does it need change null

It says right in the product info.... up to 5 years. Its a brand new product. Replacement filters dont appear to even be available from Shark yet....because they last 5 years.

If you would like another filter you can purchase one by reaching out to our Customer Care Team at 1-877-581-7375 Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 9:00 pm EST, as well as Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.
