• Did you call the number for geek squad they can tell you what to do might have to replace the heppa filter.

• There is a number in the package, that my son wrote down ,to contact the manufacturer,if i have aby issues, i have not had to replace the filter yet ,but i will keep thst in mind if i run into that same problem, and will submit to you and others if that issue occurs and and what the manufacturer customer care rep will help me to resolve that issue.
