Nope! Mine only changes when I have incense going or am cooking or something like that. Switch from % to PM readings (particle matter) and that will be a better indicator of the dander you're referring to from pets!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I anticipate that you should see that the percent of clean air will fluctuate but not by much unless something unusual adds to the particles in the air. When in doubt, contact Shark.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No it's not broken, i have 2 dogs birds and 2 guinea pigs my unit says 100 clean air too. There was some smoke from my oven while cooking or from the stove then my air changed to 40% and it goes from blue, to yellow to red being poor air.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No your unit is not broken. I have multiple cats, pet dander is caught in the prefilter. The air quality is more measuring particles in the air vs pet fur. I overcooked something on the stove and saw the device reflect appropriately that air quality was down til it cleared.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I did the same to me, but I also have 3 dogs. I was wondering if it really works since it went straight to 100.
