    • Answer Yes. The unit is covered for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase to be free from defects in material and workmanship when it is used under normal household conditions and maintained according to the requirements.

  • QuestionHow id the HEPA filter changed on the vacuum

    • Answer To access the HEPA filter, press the Dust Cup Empty button to open the dust cup, then press the release button and slide the dust cup off the hand vacuum. Next, press the filter release button and gently remove the HEPA filter. After rinsing and allowing the filter to air-dry completely, slide it back into the hand vacuum.

  • QuestionHow do you charge the vacuum? Does it come with a charger?

    • Answer Yes, a charging cord is included. To charge the battery inside the handheld vacuum, connect the charger to an electrical outlet, then insert the charger plug into the port below the handle on the handheld vacuum. This Shark can also be charged by placing it on the dock. When charging is complete and you need to use the unit again, lift it off the dock.
