“Does the HEPA filter and odor neutralizer need to be replaced after so long?”

• The HEPA filter in the PowerDetect should be cleaned every two months and replaced every 6 to 12 months. The odor neutralizer cartridge should be replaced every 6 months to maintain freshness. Both are available for purchase on our Shark Clean website.
