How often do you empty the base and how do you do that? null

IT'S BARELY BEEN USED SINCE IT ONLY CLEANS THE SAME 10 SQ FT!

Empty the base dust bin every 30 to 60 days or as needed. To detach the bin, press the Dust Bin Release button on the top of the base then slide out the bin. To empty the bin, hold it over the trash, then press the release button with the trash can icon on the side of the bin. The bin lid will open, releasing dust and debris. Lightly tap the dust bin against the inside of the trash receptacle to knock off any remaining debris. Reinstall the bin by sliding it into the slot in the base until it clicks into place.
