You don't describe the problem very well so I can't be sure my answer will help. I had a problem like this once on a Whirlpool refrigerator. It turned out to be a fan motor in the back of the freezer that supposed to blow air into the refrigerator portion. It wasn't working. I took apart the inside panels of the freezer including the ice cube maker. It took about an hour. When I got the part it was another hour to replace it. I wouldn't try this unless you have a lot of confidence in your mechanical skills. Only tool needed was a #2 Philips screwdriver.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You probably are storing food right by the part that releases the cold air keep food away from there or simply turn the temp up
