• Yes, this product can be used on ceramic floors. I used my Hoover Floor Mate and thoroughly cleaned my floor before using the Shark Steam Mop. I was impressed with the amount of dirt that was removed; my floor has not looked this good since the original installation 2 years ago.

• Well, I used mine on both laminate wood and vinyl flooring. No issues so far and it cleaned great.
