Which is better… this vacuum or the Dyson Animal? null

Dyson is horrible. Doesn’t pick up a lot of things bigger than a very small crumb. It pushes it forward because the head is so low to the ground. Hard to push. No lights. You need to lift it to go from hard flooring to carpet or area rug.

I like the Shark better than the Dyson because of the better suction. Dyson has a better crevice tool with an optional brush end.

I use to buy Dyson and would stand by it. But they dont make them like they use to. I was will to pay the higher price for a outstanding vac but the shark vacuum is easy to move and does a decent job

I have a Dyson Ball 3 which is phenomenal with Ragamuffin fur which tends to be like fluffy spiderwebs sticking to carpet. But it lacks a headlight, can‘t get under furniture, and is devilishly heavy to carry up and down a 3-story house. I invested in a new Roborock because it was supposed to be superb for pet hair, and I need to vacuum daily. It was a disaster with getting tangled up! I will now invest in this Shark for upstairs use and keep the Dyson Ball 3 downstairs.

The Stratos is better because it works awesomely on both carpets and hard floors. Dyson does not.
