please tell me is this a quality vacuum cleaner? null

I would love to leave a review about how awesome this vacuum is however I have yet to receive it. I order it originally on 4 August 2021, somehow the post office lost it and Best Buy sent another one out which should’ve been here yesterday 25 August 2021. It’s been on island since 20 August 2021 but for some reason UPS gave the package to the USPS and now it’s lost again and of course Best Buy can’t help
